Our incredible Hebrew team has been working tirelessly to curate a special week dedicated to celebrating the richness of the Hebrew language. The heart of the festivities are in the classrooms during Hebrew classes, where students have been immersed in exciting learning experiences.
Special Lunchtime Activities: Hafsakot P’ilot
Lunchtime has been a daily, special treat with special Hebrew activities. From story time with popcorn to Israeli dancing stations and Hebrew karaoke, students have been engaging in a fun-filled experience.
Lo Nafsik Lashir Music Contest
During this week’s Torah Service, the entire school was divided into two groups for a spirited music game led by our talented Shinshinim.
Hebrew Carnival Extravaganza
The grand finale arrives on Friday with a Hebrew carnival in the Beit Kehillah. Our 7th and 8th graders are taking charge of the carnival’s vibrant Hebrew-themed stations and activities.
Kabbalat Shabbat Celebration
To cap off the week, Kabbalat Shabbat on Friday at 2:15 pm will feature a few Hebrew performances, showcasing the student’s talent and enthusiasm for the language.
