Thanks to our generous sponsors and our 52 participants we have raised $22,381 to date!
When is the Walkathon?
Sunday, September 29, 2024 from 1-3pm at the APJCC Los Gatos
Schedule:
1pm: Doors open & DJ welcome announcements
1:30-2:30pm: Run/Walk time!
2:30-3pm: Closing ceremonies
Why Raise Money?
This event kicks off our annual campaign. Funds raised go toward the many Yavneh Day School programs and resources offered, including art, STEAM, music, Hebrew, field trips, hands-on learning, scholarships, security, and many more.
*Suggested fundraising goal per student is $500.
We want 100% student participation! Currently we only have 39% of our school community actively fundraising.
How to Collect Donations
From now until September 29, students can collect donations from family, friends, neighbors, and community members via their own personalized donation page. Donations can be made per lap or as a flat amount. Students unable to participate in the day-of event can still collect donations and win prizes—so everyone’s participation is encouraged!
Find your child’s personal donation page at: https://app.99pledges.com/fund/yavnehdays1 and search for them by name. Share your students’ custom page link via text, email, and/or social media. Want to raise money but you aren’t a student? No problem, email Carrie Benjamin for your own personal page.
